2 1/2 weeks to go! We are staying offsite, but thinking about booking a hotel for 1 night for our anniversary (or for MNSSHP). My friend said by staying in a resort for a night, we would get the magic bands for the duration of our visit (14 day pass)?

Hi, Vicki!  The Magic Bands are still in a testing phase, and at the moment, no one is guaranteed to get them, even if you are staying at a resort that is testing.  Bands will be rolling out over the next few months to all of the resorts, however, at the moment, there isn't anything in place to make sure you get the Magic Bands.

You can't go wrong with Mickey's Not So scary Halloween Party!  it's one of my favorite events at Walt Disney World!  And if you do stay one night at a resort, it certainly makes it easier to stay through the end of the party (midnight).  You won't have to worry about getting yourself to your resort, as you can just use Disney transportation!

    Have an awesome vacation!
