2 weeks ago with 3 day passes to WDW, we were told at the window that we have 14 days to upgrade our tickets to Florida Resident Seasonal passes. Did it have to be done in person? I cant find any online info for this.

    Hi Jill,
Season passes are a great way to enjoy the Walt Disney World family of theme parks throughout the year.  I'm a Florida resident also (and Annual Passholder) and love the flexibility these passes offer me and my family.  To upgrade your tickets to annual passes, you must do so at a theme park ticket window or at Guest Relations; the conversion is not available online or via phone at this time.

I hope you and your family enjoy an entire year of fun and making memories at the Disney Parks!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Florida

I’ve grown up in Central Florida and have been visiting Disney Parks for over 30 years. Now that I’m a mom myself of a blended family with four kids, I love sharing Disney’s year-round special events with my family. Some of our favorite events are the Flower and Garden Festival, Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Let me help you plan something extraordinary for your next Disney Parks vacation! Learn More About Amy
