Hi Nathan! Welcome back to planDisney with another question!
Dining around Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite parts of planning visits! Trying a new restaurant or menu item, as well as revisiting old favorites (such as Garden Grill Restaurant for dinner and stopping by
Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie for a Frosé and Éclair Chocolate) are traditions I love. As a guest from the United Kingdom, you can purchase alcoholic beverages and
present your UK driver's license, along with a photocopy of your passport. Enjoy all the libations and snacks!
Speaking of dining, the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will begin during your visit! Enjoy dining "around the world" at the various Global Marketplaces throughout EPCOT! Pick up a Festival Passport when you arrive (they can be found at most merchandise locations and Guest Relations) and it will detail the locations of each Marketplace, as well as their menus. You can also find the locations of the unique merchandise options available during this festival, and where to purchase them in your Passport. Some of my favorite dishes from the Food & Wine Festival include the Pão de Queijo from the Brazil Marketplace and Boeuf Bourguignon with Pommes Dauphine from the France Marketplace! The magical announcements surrounding Global Marketplace menus will (hopefully) be released soon! In the meantime, check out
last year's article from the Disney Parks Blog highlighting this festival!
Nathan, I hope all of this information was helpful! I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday at Walt Disney World. Thanks for visiting planDisney!
Magic Awaits!
Frances
