Howdy Brianne!
I love it when a fellow Texan stops by planDisney with a question for us!
You must be thrilled about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. With so much to see and do, I completely understand why you’d want to get a head start by getting to the theme parks as early as possible! It’s a great way to maximize your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
I hope this means you’re staying at a Disney Resort hotel, Brianne! You can be sure that your Disney Resort hotel will have incredibly unique theming that you’ll love being able to explore. I recommend checking to see if your Disney Resort hotel offers a scavenger hunt activity! It’s a great way to explore and learn about the resort you’re staying at! Additionally, you’ll find excellent dining options and some
fantastic benefits like
Early Theme Park Entry, which allows Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels and select other hotels to enter any of the theme parks 30 minutes earlier than regular operating hours.
I’m happy to tell you that the complimentary
Walt Disney World Resort Transportation, including the
Disney Buses, begin running typically about 30 to 45 minutes before Early Theme Park Entry. For instance, when my family and I recently stayed at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and we wanted to visit
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, although the regular operating hours were 8 AM EST, the bus came bright and early enough for us to enjoy the full extra 30 minutes of Early Theme Park Entry at 7:30 AM EST! Hooray!
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Brianne!
