    Is there a website address that I can send an email to for recipe requests? I’ve searched and have not found the recipe to the warm potato salad at Germany’s biergarten. Thank you Heidi

    Danke schoen for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about the delicious warm potato salad at the Biergarten Restaurant in the Germany pavilion!

    Biergarten is one of my family's favorite stops at Epcot, also, and I love that "vinegary" goodness of that warm potato salad! Unfortunately, to keep the magic of each experience, Walt Disney World Resort does not publish the recipes for menu items. That is one that I have made frequently at home, though, so I recommend an internet search for "warm German potato salad" or something similar to that, and many great recipes will turn up. It make take a bit of tweaking, but you'll get close to that taste that you're looking for! Of course, without the magic of being in the Biergarten itself, it might be quite the same experience.
