    should we wear sneakers or flip flops in the parks

    You really should wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Keep in mind that you will be doing a LOT of walking. For my family, it's not unusual to walk 10 miles per day while on a Disney vacation. Your feet will need to be supported, so whatever you wear should be broken in and comfortable before you arrive. This is not the time for new shoes!

    I personally alternate days between tennis shoes and my insanely comfortable Fit Flops while in the parks, so I'd say either could work.
