Hi! I’m Heather, a thirty-something stay-at-home mom to 3 amazing little girls. I’m also the VP of Garden Party Teas, a designer of custom children’s clothing, a writer, a blogger, a Disney nut, and a member of the inaugural Walt Disney World Moms Panel. In my ‘free’ time, I also squeeze
in volunteering at my daughter’s schools and our church, serving as PTO president, coaching youth soccer,
building furniture, DIY projects, gardening, and reading everything I
can get my hands on. Sleep? Not so much.
About My Family
I’ve been married for twelve years. We both studied at the University of Kentucky and met while in college. My husband went on to obtain his Master’s degree while my career took a new direction: raising our family. In 2003, we welcomed our first daughter, followed by daughter number two in 2005 and our third in 2007. The girls are the light of my life! We enjoy playing games, watching movies and working outdoors on projects we can do as a family. To datee, none of them have ever beaten me at Disney Trivial Pursuit, but that never stops them from trying! We are very active in our church and the girls enjoy dancing, gymnastics, cross-country, soccer, softball, and girl scouts, in addition to music lessons and choir and school activities...making Mommy a full time taxi driver!
About My Disney Experience
I made my first trip to Walt Disney World as an adult with a child of my own, and have been busy making up for lost time ever since! We visit Disney World two to three times a year, enjoy our Disney Vacation Club membership, and are always busy planning the next trip! I’ve vacationed through newborn, infant, toddler, preschool, and tween stages, and while breastfeeding, potty-training, juggling multiple strollers and definitely using the Baby Swap Pass! With three kids 9 and under, you name it, we’ve done it! I love to help family and friends plan their Disney vacations and I am now excited to help do the same for your family!
