Can I wear slippers to the parks ?

HI Haylee, and thank you for your question!

Cinderella isn’t the only person who loves a nice pair of slippers. If you want to wear your slippers to the Happiest Place on Earth, you may do so. The only type of shoes that are prohibited from the resort are those with wheels or spikes.

However, my motto for shoes at the Disneyland Resort is comfort AND practicality. Although you can wear slippers, I suggest you consider a more sturdy shoe such as sneakers, specifically a pair that has been broken in. Slippers can be fairly thin on the bottom, which puts pressure on your feet after a long day in the parks. Additionally, there are some rides, such as Pirates of the Caribbean or Splash Mountain, where your shoes may get wet. And I definitely recommend not skipping those two rides – their classics!

Have a magical time, and remember, you must be back home by midnight!

    Best wishes,
    Lola
