Aw, Renee, you all are so nice to us -- we think you're awesome too! And don't worry, neurotic planners fit right in here!
Have you heard of the website ourlaughingplace.com? If you'll scroll down to the bottom front page of that site, you'll find a Transportation Wizard that tells you methods and times for traveling around Disney World. It's a lot of fun to use!
To reach the T-Rex Cafe at Downtown Disney from the Animal Kingdom, you'll need to take a bus to a resort in the Downtown Disney area, and then take a bus or boat from the resort to Downtown Disney. The quickest route would likely be to take the bus to Saratoga Springs and then transfer to a Downtown Disney bus. I'd allot an hour for this trip.
How fun that you're planning to eat breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table and 1900 Park Fare -- your little princess will love that! From the All Star Music resort, you'll need to take the bus to the Magic Kingdom for both of these reservations. The ride will take almost 30 minutes, but because you'll need to factor in waiting and walking time, I'd plan to leave an hour before your reservations. Once you arrive at the Magic Kingdom, you can just walk to the Castle for your meal at Cinderella's Royal Table. To reach 1900 Park Fare, walk over to the monorail station and ride over to the Grand Floridian, or if you see the resort boat heading toward the dock, hop aboard it and ride over to the Grand Floridian.
Finally, to reach Chef Mickey's from the Magic Kingdom, you can walk or ride the monorail to the Contemporary Resort. Either way the trip will take around 10 minutes. I'd plan to leave the park about 20 minutes before your reservation to give yourself plenty of time.
Sounds like you have a super-fun trip planned! Have a wonderful vacation!
