Hi! I am going to WDW with my 7 & 9 yr olds 3/6/11 for the 1st time. Both of my kids have sensory issues. My 7 yr old DD has issues with loud sounds and can't handle anything scary. Is there any way to find out which rides would not be good for her? TY

A great resource for you is a book called PassPorter's Open Mouse for Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line. This sells for approximately $20 and is available through amazon.com and many larger bookstores. Open Mouse gives incredibly detailed information for Disney guests with any sort of challenge, from anxiety to allergies and everything in between, including sensory integration issues.

Every attraction at WDW is described in great detail, with information about seating style, noise levels, and possible fright factors.

If you get this book before your trip, you'll be able get your plan together in advance of your arrival so you'll be completely prepared to have a great vacation.

    Good luck with your planning!
