Going to WDW on 9/13-19 through The Make a Wish Fondation. If I buy tickets for MNSSHP do we need to use one of are Park hopper tickets to get in or we able to get in with just the MNSSHP ticket?

If you are going to the Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, you only need party tickets to enter. You do NOT need to have regular admission tickets in addition to the party tickets.

You should also know that Disney's hard-ticket Magic Kingdom parties (Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party) officially start at 7:00 p.m. However, it would be impossible for the park to accommodate all the guests in line if every party-goer had to wait until exactly 7:00 to enter the park. It has, therefore, been standard practice over the past several years to let party ticket holders into the park earlier than the officially stated start time. Historically, guests have been able to enter the MK as early as 4:00 on party nights with only the party ticket. I personally went to a MNSSHP last year and was let into the MK with only my party ticket at 4:15 in the afternoon. There was a separate entrance line for party guests which was well marked. While Disney does reserve the right to change this practice, for planning purposes you can assume that you'll be able to get into the MK at 4:00 with only a party ticket.

Have a blast at the party! And best of luck to you and your entire family with the challenges you face.
