Hi Erin! What a fantastic dilemma you're having! The best part is no matter which you choose, you'll love it! Personally, I would opt for the Grand Floridian. Your little girls will feel like princesses in the gorgeous resort. Here, you can also request a view room which will be close to  the monorail and buses. You'll be a quick monorail or boat ride from the Magic Kingdom, which is so handy since you'll be spending most of your time in that park. While there, I highly recommend a character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare! Your girls will love it!
