Ahoy Wendy!
It sounds like you have been bitten by the Disney bug, and I think a cruise is a great idea for your next magical experience!
If you are looking to save a little money on your sailing, my advice is to book early. Another tip is to look at months when most kids are in school such as September, October and January (cruises around the holidays and summer time are most expensive). Port Canaveral and Miami are probably your best port options if you are looking for a Caribbean or Bahamian sailing in 2014 since all four ships will be at one or both ports next year. If you haven't already, use the "Cruise Search" box on the left hand side of the
Disney Cruise Line website. You can plug in different dates, ships, and itineraries to get a great idea of what you can expect to pay. I also recommend ordering the
Free Cruise Planning DVD so you can use this as a valuable tool in your planning.
As you continue to think of questions, please write back! I'm always happy to help!
Have a magical day and happy planning!
Nancy
