    Hello going to WDW for the 1st time Sept 12-17 with the dining plan it will be 4 of us What is the average gratuity for a party of 4?Going on a budget and trying to get an idea to save for this.Also curious on how the tbl service works?Thank You in advance

    Hi Priscilla,

    I am hoping you got the free dining promotion which was offered a few months back when booking your Walt Disney World vacation.

    It is hard to estimate how much your tip will be because there are different pricing for each restaurant. For example, 50's Prime Time Cafe is going to average between $15-20 an entree for dinner per adult whereas California Grill is going to be between $20-40 per entree per adult. Therefore your gratuity is going to cost more at California Grill.

    I recommend going to Allearsnet.com and looking at the menus for the restaurants you have booked your Advance Dining Reservations. This will give you a good indication of how much you need to budget for vacation.
