    Going to WDW 4/26/08 and staying at the Contemporary. I've been trying for 6 weeks to get reservations at Chef Mickey's (Bkfst or Din) and I'm not having any luck... do you have ANY suggestions? I'm frustrated we can't even eat in our hotel!

    My only suggestion would be to keep trying, both now and after you get to WDW. There are last minute cancelations that happen and the only way to have a shot at finding one of them is to be persistent.

    Once you are at WDW, you can try on the phone by pressing the "Disney Dining" button on the telephone in your room. You could also try to get into Chef Mickey's in person. I have been able to do this a few times myself. I've had the best luck when I get to the podium about 20-30 minutes before the restaurant is scheduled to begin seating. Tell the host or hostess what you'd like to do and if it's at all possible they will try to work you in. With Chef Mickey's I've been about 75% percent successful with this.
