Going to WDW in September with DH, just two of us. Very Excited! I'm prone to motion sickness. I can go on a few thrill rides without symptoms if I can sit in front. Would this be a reasonable request to ask when getting on the ride? Please help!!!

    Cheryl,

I know of what you speak! I have inner ear issues that can cause similar problems.

For most thrill rides you can request to ride in the front. You may have to wait for a while for that seat to be available, as many thrill ride enthusiasts will ask for the same for very different reasons, so there can be a line waiting for this already. But you should not have a problem.

By the way, with some rides this can mean little more than a few extra minutes. At others it might take a while. For example there are rides like Space Mountain where the ride cars are just a few cars long, so there are many "front of the car" opportunities. But with Expedition Everest it is a much longer car system with many more guests per group. But just ask a cast member as you are going through the line, and they should be able to accommodate you in most instances.

    Have a magical vacation!
