We are going to WDW in Sept. We went years ago but cannot remember if we got our tickets in the mail or when we arrived? We are staying at the Polynesian and wanted to head directly to WDW from the airport. Do we pick up tickets first at hotel? THX

    Hi Mark!

Yes, if you've purchased a Walt Disney World package, your tickets will be waiting for you at your resort when you check in. The good news is, since you're at the Polynesian, you're only a few minutes away from the Magic Kingdom, so the detour to check in isn't a large one. It should only delay you by about 30 to 45 minutes tops!

Hope you have a great trip!
