Going to WDW Sept 7-15 my daughter, son&brother will have birthdays on the 8th,10th&11th. Will Disney do something special for this reason? What does a family have to do to get in a parade or be family of the day or something special? My brother wil

Hi, Tammy!  You can have it noted on your resort reservation and on your dining reservations that you are celebrating birthdays.  While nothing is guaranteed, you may find yourself finding pixie dust in the way of a complimentary dessert or a table sprinkled with pixie dust.  You should also get each birthday person a button, often available at the resort front desk, but also available at guest services at each theme park, that lets everyone know it's their birthday!

The families chosen for the parade is a completely random thing.  There isn't really a rhyme or reason as to who gets chosen, but your best bet is to get yourself known.  You'll want to arrive at the theme park super early to be very close to the turnstiles when the park opens.  Be friendly, smile to the cast members, maybe wear matching shirts or mouse ears.  It really is, however, a totally random thing.

I hope you all have an awesome time celebrating those magical milestones at Walt Disney World!
