Do the WDW restaurants offer a low salt menu? Thank you!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kevin! Thank you so much for bringing us your question about dining at Walt Disney World!

The shortcut to your answer, Kevin is yes. Many, if not all, Disney restaurants are often able to accommodate different types of diets including a low-sodium one with no advanced arrangements. Some other typical requests to be accommodated are, low-fat, no-sugar-added, vegetarian, etc.

Be sure to discuss your special dietary requirements with your server upon arrival at your dining venue. You may even ask to consult with a chef or special diets-trained Cast Member if you'd like to (I know I would!).  Rest assured that Disney goes above and beyond when it comes to meeting guests' dietary requests. Do not worry, you will be more than fine!

I hope this information has been helpful for your planning, Kevin. Please come back with more questions; we are happy to help!

    Happy Disney Dining!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
