We are going to WDW 7/3-7/7. Is there a park we should avoid 7/4? How are the fireworks at MK on Fourth of July? Thinking of going to AK during the day and then driving somewhere to watch MK fireworks. Where would be a good place to watch?

    Hi Karinne,

July 4 is one of the busiest days at the Walt Disney World Resort! It is one place everyone wants to celebrate our nation's birthday!

While I have not been to Magic Kingdom on July 4, I have for New Year's Eve and it is tight. I would avoid this park especially during the evening for the fireworks.

I like the idea of you heading to Disney's Animal Kingdom for the day. I would then head to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and watch the fireworks from the beach. It truly is my favorite place to watch the fireworks.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
