My 2 WDW options. May 25-30 or June 28-July 3. I have looked at crowd calendars and levels look similar these dates. I’ve been the last week of June 3 summers in a row with no issues. I’d love to try May, but worry about Memorial Day crowds. Your opinion?

    Hi Stephany!

WOW! That's a tough choice! Both dates sound great, and you really can't go wrong with either.

Personally, I think I'd mix it this trip and visit Walt Disney World in late May. From my experience, I think you're looking at very similar levels of crowds. Generally, since schools are still in session in many parts of the United States, the holiday weekend isn't as popular as some dates in the summer.

A huge plus for late May is the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. You're in for a real treat: amazing topiaries modeled after favorite characters, special entertainment throughout the park, and incredible dining experiences. The Outdoor Kitchens around the World Showcase might just be my favorite part of the festival! I can't see what new dishes they'll be serving up this year!

Spring at Walt Disney World isn't limited to just Epcot, either! The Walt Disney World Cast Members have special touches throughout the parks and resorts. Everything is magically blooming!

I hope this helps with your decision! Please let the Disney Parks Moms Panel know if we can help plan some of the details of your trip!
