This year’s
Cool KIDS’ SUMMER event has brought along all sorts of exciting things! And that includes the resort amenities for those traveling with little ones. I, for one, am always shocked at how the littlest ones need the most when we travel, so I was happy to see the extra baby gear offered at select resorts this summer.
I was lucky enough to attend the Walt Disney World Summer Fun Fest last month, where I got to learn firsthand about these offerings. While a Pack n’ Play and bed bumpers can be requested at all the
Disney World resorts throughout the year, the extra amenities such as a bottle warmer, infant bathtub, nightlight, and diaper disposal unit can be requested during Cool KIDS' SUMMER at the following resorts:
Art of AnimationCaribbean BeachPop CenturyPort Orleans - RiversideThese amenities are subject to availability, and the Cast Member I spoke to at the event highly recommended that these be requested ahead of time. However, you can always request them when you arrive at your resort, too!
In addition to the extra amenities at these resorts, there are scheduled character meet-and-greets and even pajama parties with the characters on select nights. You can check the Activities Schedule ahead of time by visiting the Recreation tab on the resort’s webpage on
Disney World’s website.
