We are going to WDW in October. We are staying at the Pop Century Resort. We have reservations at Cape May Café at Disney's Beach Club Resort at 8am. How long does it take to get there by using Disney transportation? Thanks

    Hello Brandy,

Before taking on the hustle and bustle of the day, Cape May Cafe's coastal and nautical ambiance is a wonderful way to start a morning at Walt Disney World and a great setting to meet Goofy and his friends while filling the rumbly in your tumbly.

If I was traveling from Disney's Pop Century Resort to Disney's Beach Club Resort, for an 8:00 a.m. advance dining reservation, and because there is no direct route between the resorts, I would anticipate spending a little money and taking a quick taxi ride. Taxis are readily available at the front of all Walt Disney World Resort and would allow your family more time to sleep in.

However, if you would prefer using Disney Transportation, I would board an early morning bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios. From Disney's Hollywood Studios, you have two options to continue to Disney's Beach Club Resort. First, after disembarking from the bus, make your way to the boat dock, out front of Disney's Hollywood Studios and board the FriendShip Boat. The boat makes stops all around Crescent Lake, and includes Disney's Beach Club Resort. Your second option, is follow the walk path toward Crescent Lake and follow the sign to the resort. I would estimate about an hour from your resort to Disney's Cape May Cafe.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
