We are going to WDW in October 2015, and our Disney Experience shows "order your lunch" but when I click on it, it wont allow me to order. Is there a timeframe to order?

    Hi Patti!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're so happy you stopped by with your question for us today.

You don't say which dining location shows this option for you in My Disney Experience, but I'm guessing that you have a lunch reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant.  If so, congratulations!  This is one of the most popular dining spots at Walt Disney World, so reservations are a hot ticket item.  The food is delicious and the atmosphere is breathtaking, so it's easy to understand why so many people love it.

With your lunch reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant, you have the option of pre-ordering your meal.  This option should open up for you online starting 30 days before your reservation.  You can make and change your order details from that date up to just minutes before your reservation time.  To do this, go to the My Reservations and Tickets section of My Disney Experience.  When you log into the site, you should see your Be Our Guest Restaurant reservation information on that page, with the earliest date you can place your order listed on the right side (under the Confirmation Number and above the Cancel Reservation link).  Once that magical date arrives, it will change to a link that you can then use to place your meal order.  When you arrive for your reservation, you'll simply need to check in, pay for your order and find an available seat in one of the 3 themed dining rooms.  If you're having trouble with placing your order, I'd recommend calling (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463) for assistance and they should be able to help you out.

Bon Appetit, Patti, and have a magical vacation!  Please write back if we can help answer any other questions before your trip.
