    Going to WDW in Oct w/MIL,BIL, DH, DD's 2/4, My MIL will need a wheelchair, as she has lung disease and cannot walk long distances. without losing her breath. Do I need a doctors note? Thanks.

    There is no doctor's note required to rent a wheelchair or ECV at Walt Disney World.
