Going to WDW Oct 24-31. and staying outside of the park 2 questions #1-How does parking work, do you have to pay for each park? #2-is the Mickey's Not Too Scary Halloween Party going to be a good idea for my 4year since it's late in the evening?

Prices can change, but currently the daily parking fee is $11.00 for guests staying off site. (Parking is free for guests of the WDW resort hotels.) Save your parking receipt. If you decide to hop to a different theme park during the day, you can show your receipt and the parking fee will not be charged at the second theme park. You can find answers to other WDW transportation questions HERE.

Whether to keep your child up for one of Disney's evening parties is a very personal decision. You will see plenty of preschoolers at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and that choice works for many people. However, I personally would not have brought my kids to MNSSHP when they were four. At that age my kids had a 7:30 bedtime. If I kept the up much past 8:30 one of three things would have happened:

    - They'd just fall asleep
    - They'd be a cranky, crazy mess and then fall asleep
    - They'd be a cranky, crazy mess and then fall asleep and then be a cranky, crazy mess the next day

But again, many people who have children who need less sleep, or who take a long nap late in the day, or who come from a different time zone, have a great time with their preschoolers at the evening parties. The way to approach this is to think about how your child reacts to a late night at home. If he or she is fine with this, then you'll probably be OK with the party.
