We will be in WDW on 5/6/09 - 5/12/09, and have not made any ADR's. Is this a bad thing? Also we will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary, and our honeymoon, where would be a romantic place to eat? Thank you

Hi, Jami!  Not having advanced dining reservations is not necessarily a bad thing, but it may require you to be a little bit flexible in terms of planning your sit down meals.  If you can be open to a later dinner or dining at a certain restaurant on a different day, you should be able to find something.

As for where you might find a romantic meal, there are SO many options open to you!  My favorite place for a romantic meal is Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge.  We've spent quite a few of our anniversaries there (we've had 20!), and after the wonderful dinner with a bottle of African wine, we will usually take a walk outside to see the African story tellers or the animals on the savannah.  We also love Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge.

You could go with a more traditional Walt Disney World choice for romance and try to get a table at the California Grill.  Located at the Contemporary Resort, if you time it right, you can watch the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom while you dine.

Now get on that phone, Jami, and get those reservations made!  There are plenty of options available, but the sooner you call, the better.

    Happy Anniversary!
