My DH and I will be in WDW next week, have heard rumors that the Epcot food festival booths open 1 day early on 9-29. Is this true? We return home morning of 9-30 no chance to get to Epcot. I hope to enjoy some of the exciting food options. Thanks

Yes! We will be there too, and have friends planning to go to Epcot on the 29th for the 'soft opening' of the Food & Wine Festival. We've done this in many years past. Sometimes not all of the booths are completely ready, but most are, and there is little difference between that night and the next. You should be able to sample your way around the world without problems! And remember, if you have any Disney Dining Plan snack credits left you can use those to sample at the booths as well.

    Happy feasting!
