We will be going to WDW mid-March 2016. We have a 6 and 8 year old boys. It will be a complete surprise for the boys. Do you have any suggestions as to how to surprise them?

    Hey Tina!

I can't think of anything more *MAGICAL* than surprising your boys with a Walt Disney World vacation. There are gobs of great ideas of how to surprise your kids just a few keystrokes away. If you search "Disney Surprise" on Google, you will find lots of fun videos and ideas for surprising your princes. Some of the ideas include:

    • Giving your boys Scrabble letter tiles to unscramble "WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD".
    • Present them with matching Disney tee-shirts. (Some great ones on Etsy.)
    • Have a movie day with all Disney movies which relate to attractions in the Parks such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Finding Nemo (The Seas With Nemo & Friends), Peter Pan, Dumbo, Alice In Wonderland (Mad Team Party), The Little Mermaid (Under The Sea), Lilo & Stitch (Stitch's Great Escape) and Toy Story (Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin). While they are watching the movies explain the corresponding attractions. There are typically YouTube video of each attraction you could show them as well. At the end, tell them that they should experience the attractions... oh wait, THEY ARE!

Another great resource for ideas is a Disney Park Blog post which featured five awesome ways to reveal the surprise.

Good luck with the rest of your planning. If you have any other questions as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation make sure to stop back by.

Wishing you a *MAGICAL* vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
