About Me

If you could describe my life in one word, it would be "sporty." I was born and raised in Maine before moving to Indiana to major in Sports Management at Indiana State University. When I am not planning my next magical Disney vacation, I am either watching my 15-year-old daughter play volleyball or softball, being the "Team Mom" to nine other equally rambunctious 15-year-olds or serving on the board of the local Little League as the treasurer. When I am not performing my Team Mom duties, I support my Disney habit as a Jazzercise instructor and Business Sales & Incentive Coordinator for a community bank in Northern Indiana. In my free time (if there is any) I enjoy reading and going to the beach.

About My Family

We live in Northern Indiana with our smart and energetic 15-year-old daughter. She is a wonderful athlete whether on the softball field or volleyball court. However, she will always be the little girl who was the spitting image of Snow White. She loves Disney Pin Trading and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is her favorite ride. When not watching our daughter play sports, we enjoy camping and cheering on the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish!

About My Disney Experience

Since my first trip in 1986, I have been hooked on the magic of Disney. There is are simply no words to describe the feeling I get when I walk onto Main Street, U.S.A. at the Magic Kingdom and get my first site of Cinderella Castle. No matter how many times I go to Disney, that feeling never wanes. Over the years, I have planned many family trips including Grand Gatherings and a Disney Cruise. I have also helped numerous friends and family members plan their magical vacations. We have traveled to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex four times with my daughter's AAU volleyball team. Each time, the trip has included 10 families. The logistics of planning trips for 10 families is no easy feat. I have experience with helping families with young children, tag-along teenagers, budget-conscious parent and even grandparents with mobility issues. Whether it's questions regarding Disney sports vacations, runDisney, Disney resorts, park tour planning, dining or tickets, I would love to help you plan your practically perfect Disney vacation!
