Going to WDW in May and staying at Beach Club. This is our first time visiting. Will it be warm enough to go in pools? Also what is a must go to restaurant during our stay. Will be traveling with our 2 daughters (14 and 11 years old).

Hello, Carrie! My family and I love to visit Walt Disney World in May. In our experience, May is usually a very warm and humid month. It's so nice to take a mid-day pool break to cool off a little before visiting the theme parks again in the evening. I'm especially excited that you are staying at Disney's Beach Club Resort, as this hotel offers really amazing pools.

There are so many wonderful dining options at Walt Disney World, and I know that it can be difficult to narrow down your options. My first recommendation for your family is Be Our Guest Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park. This is one of my favorite places to dine, as the setting is just so beautiful. There are three themed dining rooms and many delicious menu items to choose from. Advance dining reservations are highly recommended for this location because it is very popular.

Another place that your daughters may enjoy dining at is Teppan Edo at Epcot. The Teppan chefs cook right at your table, which is really fun to watch. There are many wonderful dining locations at Epcot's World Showcase, and your daughters may enjoy the adventure of trying new foods on your vacation.

If your daughters are interested in meeting with favorite Disney Characters, make sure to check out some of the fabulous Character Dining options all around the Walt Disney World Resort. You will need to make reservations in advance of your visit because space is limited.

I hope that you and your family have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World, Carrie! If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to stop back by the Moms Panel. Happy planning!
