Going to WDW in March and definitely traveling on a budget. Thinking about packing a cooler and eating sandwiches for lunch and going back to the vehicle to eat. Are you allowed to bring drinks and food into Disney?

    Angi,

You most certainly can take your own lunch into the parks. What I would recommend is that you use a soft-sided cooler, as it will be easier to use, and get through the security line.

You might also want to consider putting it into one of the lockers that are inside the park. If you don't have a stroller already, it will give you somewhere for just a few dollars to put things so that you don't have to lug it around all day long. It might even help your stuff stay cooler.

And if you need anything else from a fellow Hoosier, just let me know! Feel free to come back and ask me some questions directly.

    Have a magical vacation!
