    Will be at WDW later this month w/ my sister. We have ressies at Cal. Grill for 7:45. One book suggested dining at the counter to watch the chef's. Can you tell me about this? We are fans of Top Chef & thought it might be fun. Thanks for all you do

    Hi, Jeanne!  Oh my gosh, were you so disappointed that Fabio had to pack his knives and go?  I loved him!  Top Chef is one of my favorite shows!

    You'll be pleased to know that the California Grill has a stage kitchen, which means the kitchen is open for anyone to see what's going on in there.  Having eaten there, I will tell you there isn't as much drama as what goes on at Top Chef!  There's nothing but great culinary artistry going on in the California Grill kitchen! 

    Enjoy your meal at this Walt Disney World signature dining experience!  My husband and I think the California Grill is one of the best meals you'll find anywhere!
