We are going to WDW late June 2010 and early July 2010. We are going for two weeks. Our friends can each stay for a week. There will be a total of 5 kids; 16,16,14,11,6. since the 14yro is too old for club and to young for certain et. what to do?

Hi, Michelle!  You really have a couple of options here.  If the 14 year old and the 16 year olds will be there at the same time, you could put the 16 year olds in charge.  You can bring in things like a deck of cards or some board games, or a couple of new DVDs, let them order pizza, and have a night of it.

If the 14 year old won't be there at the same time, or if you plan on having the 16 year olds with you, you could opt for a baby sitting service.  I have only ever used one Orlando area service, and they only watch children up to 12 years of age, but there are several services in the area that you could check out.

In many cases, a 14 year old might just prefer an evening on her own.  You could lay some ground rules, like whether or not leaving the room is going to be an option.  Again, lay in some pizza and DVDs, and you'd probably have a happy camper!

    Have a magical vacation!
