We came to WDW last Fall, lucky enough to get free dining with our package. Next visit, will be for the Flower and Garden Festival. Could you tell me, in the past have they had free dining that time of year? Not planning on it but wondering! You all rock!

Hi Judy! The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is glorious! I always love to visit Walt Disney World in the spring when Epcot is in full bloom, and the addition of food booths last year made the Flower and Garden Festival even more fun.

Disney often offers deals during the spring, so it's quite possible to visit on a discount during the Flower and Garden Festival. In 2013, spring visitors were able to reserve resort rooms at reduced rates. While we didn't see a spring Free Dining offer this year, Disney has sometimes offered Free Dining in prior years during March and select dates in May and June, so there's always a chance that Free Dining could be offered during certain weeks of the Flower and Garden Festival. We typically learn of spring deals in the fall and winter, so keep your eye on the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website from now until the beginning of January to be the first to know when spring discounts are posted!

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
