We are going to WDW 2/09 and I would like to know what items are allowed to be brought in inside your backpack??? Ex. snacks?,etc.

You're a mom after my own heart, Lynn!  I try my best to keep a pretty stocked backpack with snacks and drinks for my kids, some of whom can be very fussy if they can't get the snacks they like from home!

Walt Disney World is really VERY flexible in allowing you to bring things into the park with you.  As long as what you are wanting to bring is not considered a security risk, you can pack it in your backpack.  As far as snacks go, I always have juice boxes or pouches with me, sometimes bottled water, crackers and raisins, fruit snacks, and sometimes apples and bananas.  I've had gastric bypass surgery, and some of the snacks that I used to love at Walt Disney World are not things I can have anymore, so I always make sure I have some protein bars or nuts and things that I can snack on.

My backpack also usually has baby wipes, changes of clothing for my younger children, band-aids, bubbles, camera supplies, extra hair bands for the girls, a cell phone, pens and paper to keep the kids occupied during long lines or restaurant waits, sun screen, extra hats or sunglasses, and a partridge in a pear tree!  And yes, I am the mom that looks like I have WAY too much stuff in my backpack!

Have a wonderful trip!  I'll be down there in February, too!
