@ WDW 12/22-12/27. Kids are 8 &7. Want to make our hotel room as festive as possible. Bringing stockings& very small tree. Any other inexpensive ideas? Thanks!

    Hi Bonnie,
I love the Walt Disney World Resort at Christmas time! The decorations are beautiful, it's nice and warm outside and the only snow is the special, magical kind that only Mickey can make. I'm a Florida girl, so I wouldn't want it any other way!

Many Guests decorate their resort hotel windows for the holidays. Think inexpensive paper decorations, gel window clings, window markers, holiday lights (put up with masking tape or command hooks), sparkling garland...the possibilities are endless. My kids absolutely love the LED lights that are battery powered. You can hang up some of those with command hooks around your window or even your bathroom mirror for a little festive flair. How about letting the kids cut out their own snowflakes out of tissue paper from home to put on the window (especially since there won't be any snow there in Lake Buena Vista)?

Bonnie, I hope you and your family have a magical Christmas at the Walt Disney World Resort! Please come back and see us if you have any additional questions.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
