We are going to WDW in June We want to spend one day at MK, but many of the Restaurants we want are in Epcot. Would it be a big inconvenience to spend the morning at MK, return to POFQ in the afternoon, eat at Coral Reef and return to MK in the evening

Hi there Megen! Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  This is an excellent question! I completely understand your dilemma as many of my favorite Walt Disney World restaurants are located in Epcot. If you have the Park Hopper Option on your Magic Your Way Ticket, then I would say "go for it." One of the main reasons we "park hop" is to experience a particular dining location in a park that we may not have visited that day. I personally believe if Magic Kingdom Park will be open later and you think you have ample time to enjoy dinner and then travel from Epcot to Magic Kingdom Park, then I don't think it will be too much of an inconvenience. I would recommend traveling to Epcot from Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort using the bus transportation and then take the monorail from Epcot to Magic Kingdom Park. You can then utilize Disney's bus transportation back to Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort after leaving Magic Kingdom Park. My family has "park hopped" to three different parks within one day, which we did find exhausting, but I don't think two parks will be too much especially if you anticipate having a little downtime during the day.  I hope this information eases your mind. Please don't hesitate to visit me again with any additional questions you may encounter as your planning progresses. Best wishes for a magical trip, Megen!
    Happy Travels,
