We are going to WDW in June and kids range from 13 months to 17 years old..Can I leave the park mid day with the younger kids for naps then come back later to meat back up with my group?

Yes. If you have a basic ticket you can leave and re-enter the same theme park as many times as you need to during a day. If you have a ticket with the Park Hopper add-on you can leave and re-enter any of the theme parks during a day.

Taking a break during the day is a great strategy. It helps keep everyone rested, refreshed, and happy. After a few days my guess is that the 17 year old will be taking naps in the afternoon right along with the baby :-)
