We will be at WDW June 14-20. My husband have an iPhone. I was wondering if there are any website which have wait times?

I write this with my iPhone sitting on my lap. I get a serious twitch whenever I am more than five feet away from it. It's a problem, I know :-)

To answer your question, there are no official Disney sites that will allow you to get wait times or other information from your iPhone. In November 2008, Disney announced a partnership with Verizon that will allow Verizon phone users to get up-to-the minute information on things like park events and wait times. This was supposed to be up and running in "early 2009," but I haven't heard anything more about it. Since you obviously have an AT&T contract with the iPhone, this won't impact you.

Another project that appeared and then disappeared was a grassroots service called Twisney. This involved guests Twittering about wait times while in the parks. I used it with mixed success during a trip to WDW in January; however, I just went to look for it now and it appears to be gone.

But never fear, I do have some iPhone goodies to share. You want to get the apps called Magic Kingdom Mini Guide, Epcot Mini Guide, Animal Kingdom Mini Guide, Hollywood Studios Mini Guide and Downtown Disney Mini Guide. These are interactive park maps. Clicking the rides on the maps gives you information on the ride's length and height requirement. Clicking on the restaurants takes you immediately to the full menus as posted on the independent website allears.net. The app called WDW Dining gives similar information.

Other related apps that I have include WDW Trivia (harder than it looks), WDW Secrets (a basic guide book), WDW Tour Guide (similar info to the maps, in different format), WDWTrip.com (gives park hours). Also generally helpful when traveling are myLite, Ambience, TWC, Flight Status, Room, Night Stand, and Check Please.
