We're going to be at WDW for July 4th, and were wondering if the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace is worth it for a view of the fireworks, or if you suggest somewhere else?

    Hi Tammy!

I have been to the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace several times and my entire family loves it! There are several reasons why I love it, including the delicious desserts, wonderful view of the fireworks and less crowds.

When you first arrive, you will be seated at your table and you can enjoy all-you-care-to-eat of the most delicious desserts Disney offers. My daughter has quite a sweet tooth and was in heaven! They had rice krispie treats, ice cream, cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries and the most delicious hot cocoa I've ever had! They also have some savory options, such as cheese, and healthy options, like fresh fruit. They also serve a selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. You will have a reserved table and you can stay seated while you watch Wishes. The part offers a terrific view of the fireworks and seeing Tinkerbell fly down from Cinderella Castle.

If you are going on Independence Day, I highly recommend booking the dessert party in advance to secure your spot. The crowds will be heavy that day, and having a reserved seat for the show will be well worth the money, even without the lovely desserts.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
    Magically,
    Stacy
