We are going to WDW July 19-26. We are staying in a 1 BDR villa, which will either have a kitchenette or full kitchen. Where can I purchase groceries (milk and PB&J) for my youngest, a VERY picky eater? My kids also like milk in the evening.

All the Disney resorts that have villa style rooms also have mini convenience stores in their gift shops. The offerings are basic, but they do include milk, bread, peanut butter, and jelly. Other grocery items typically include pasta, lunch meat, frozen pizza, cereal, juice, canned soup, and other staples.
