We will be going to WDW Jan. 22-27th, 2011. It is our first trip. What two parks should we go for two days? We do not have park hopper tickets. DD 13 and boy/girl twins will be 3 just after our Disney trip. Thanks for the help.

Hi, Kerry!  My favorite theme park for kids of varying ages is the Magic Kingdom.  I think aside from being the centerpiece of Walt Disney World, it also is a great place for families.  There is something there that appeals to everyone!

You'll find attractions your 13 year old may want to do, like Space Mountain and Splash Mountain; plus you have the classic Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion, which work for all the girls in my family.  All three of my girls (ages 5 - 19) rode on Dumbo the Flying Elephant this past weekend, and they all still really enjoy things like the Jungle Cruise and Buzz Lightyear.

If I were to choose just one other theme park to spread out over two days, it would probably be EPCOT.  My five and nine year old could literally spend an entire day in Innoventions without setting foot anywhere else in the theme park, but there are also attractions for your older daughter, like Test Track and Mission: Space.  I also enjoy taking my girls to the different countries in World Showcase to see the entertainment.  My little one laughs even when she doesn't get the jokes at the comedy troupe in the UK; and you can usually find all three of them dancing to Off Kilter in Canada.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation!
