Going to WDW for four days and not getting the park hopper. Now I want to go to a character dining in Epcot but not going there for any other reasons. Now can I do that...Get to the restaurant in epcot with out a ticket for that day?

Hi, Stacee! I'm glad you asked this question in advance of your trip.  Dining at either of the character meals in Epcot requires park admission for that day.  Both Akershus Royal Banquet Hall and The Garden Grill Restaurant are inside the park gates and require you to have a park ticket.  So, no, you can't go to a character meal in Epcot without one. Thanks for your question.
