We are going to WDW the first week in dec. I have 2 questions for you my first is what typeof weather should we expect? The second is, I have been trying all week to get my 2yr old into a charecter breaksat and evrything is booked, is there some sort

The average temperature at WDW in early December is daytime highs in the low-70s and nighttime lows in the mid-50s. However, those are just the averages. During any given year you could experience something very different. I have been to WDW twice during early December. Once I was sweating in mid-80s temperatures and once I had to buy gloves at the Magic Kingdom we were so cold. My advice is to keep a close eye on the ten-day forecast (I use weather.com) and adjust your packing according to the weather. In general, layering clothes is a good strategy for this time of year. Try a short-sleeved tee, covered by a long-sleeved tee, covered by a sweatshirt. As it gets warmer during the day, you can just pull off the layers.

As far as the breakfast goes, don't give up hope just yet. Have you tried being flexible about your dining location? There is character dining at about a dozen different locations with offerings at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, it never hurts to be persistent. Try calling back several times. Cancelations do happen, you can only put yourself in a position to take advantage of the cancelations if you keep trying. Even during your trip, you could ask the cast member at the guest relations desk at your hotel to try for you.

    Good luck!
