Hi, Monica! It can be completely overwhelming when you first go to Walt Disney World! There is so much to see and so many directions to go!
Something I like to do for my younger daughters before I go is to loosely plan my days, and type up a little newspaper for them. It helps me to be organized with what I want to do, and when the girls wake up to see their "daily news", they get very excited about the plans! It might just say "Today, we are going to the Magic Kingdom!" And then I'll put a few pictures the youngest one will understand, and a few little blurbs the older one can read, like "We'll ride your favorite ride - Big Thunder Mountain Railroad", or "Lunch Today is at the Crystal Palace".
Start by making a list of the things you know you want to see. If you go
HERE you will get a fantastic over view of all the rides and attractions at the theme parks, along with maps. Choose the things you absolutely don't want to miss, and then follow a path on the map that lets you hit all the things you want to see. Factor in stops for your meals and snacks, and if you have any advanced dining reservations, make sure that your plan has you ending up where you need to be to go to your dining experience.
And the best piece of advice I can give you is to not over plan. There is magic waiting for you at Walt Disney World, and if you are so busy reading maps and worrying about where to be when, you might miss the first pixie dust sprinkled smiles on your daughter's face!
