Hi! I will be in WDW for a few hours as part of a stop on my cruise vacation (not a Disney cruise), so I was wondering if we can eat anywhere in the park w/o a dining plan. Haven't been to Disney in several years and this dining plan is new to me.

Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Loren!  How exciting that you can enjoy a few hours at Walt Disney World during your cruise vacation!  Guests do not have to be on the Disney Dining Plan to enjoy dining at any quick-service or table-service restaurant. In fact, I do not always purchase the DIsney Dining Plan for our Walt Disney World Vacations. I hope this helps!  Please feel free to write back with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a Magical Trip, Loren!
