I am going to WDW with my family and also friends. We are all booked under the same reservation. How will our magic bands work as far as paying for things, disney dining (which we will have) and also memory maker (which we will also have)?

    Hi Katy,

The Walt Disney World Resort with family and friends is my favorite way to spend a vacation! I love creating unforgettable moments with my family.

For Disney Dining and Memory Maker, there is no need to worry about separate accounts. For Disney Dining, the cast member will take a MagicBand and deduct the appropriate meal credits. For Memory Maker, all of the pictures will be in one account and you can choose which ones you want to print or share.

For room charging, there are two ways to separate the privileges. First, when you are doing your online check-in 10 days in advance, you can select pins and credit cards to assign to each person. Or when you arrive at your resort, you can have a cast member assign MagicBands to each credit card.

Remember to make sure everyone is linked in My Disney Experience.

    Wishing you a magical day!
