Hiya, Luis! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to planDisney.
Oh boy, what a wonderful question! While I consider
Walt Disney World Resort my second home, I was fortunate enough to visit the
Disneyland Resort earlier this year with a few of my
amazing fellow panelists. I was completely swept away in the magic and wonder of the Disneyland Resort! There were so many times it felt comfortably familiar and other times where it felt new and exciting. Leaning into these similarities and differences is something that brought me a lot of joy and I hope it does for you, too!
Luis, there is certainly something special about the
Sailing Ship Columbia at Disneyland Park! While I haven't sailed on this majestic vessel myself, it appears as though it travels around
Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscapes. In my experience, this feels similar to Magic Kingdom Park's
Liberty Square Riverboat! This riverboat offers a relaxing cruise around
Tom Sawyer Island and a peek at a few different attractions (my favorite being
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad!). Of course, if you're looking to explore Tom Sawyer Island itself, you can always travel there by a log raft ride.
No matter if you're exploring
Sleeping Beauty Castle or have decided to stop by the one belonging to
Cinderella, you're surely in for a magical time. If you have any other questions, please visit us again!
