Going to WDW in December. I know the using my dining plan credits, I can't make dining reservations until 180 days out. Can you call the reservation center to make reservations using a credit card now in order to obtain our first choice of places to eat?

    Hi Sandra,

Disney in December is so wonderful! I hope you enjoy the extra magic that Disney has to offer!

Whether you are using the Disney Dining Plan or paying out of pocket, you can only make advance dining reservations 180 days out while staying at the Walt Disney World Resort.

This 180 days is based on your check-in date. For example, if your check-in date is December 1 and you are checking out December 7, you can make all of your dining reservations 180 days from December 1 up to and including your December 7 checkout.

However, if you were checking in December 1 and checking out December 15, you can do your dining reservations 180 days prior to December 1 but can only do them up until December 10 or up to 10 days past check in.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
